The Well-Centric Gate Valve Milling Tool is a milling tool designed to provide access to restricted wells by drilling through stuck gate valves or other blockages.

The decision to expand into Denmark was triggered by a recent contract awarded to provide wellhead maintenance services for wells in the Danish North Sea.

The contract will see Expro provide testing services for at least three wells, including two new drills and one re-entry, at the Breagh Alpha Platform as part of the Southern North Sea (SNS) Development Programme. The contract includes an option to extend for a further two wells.

The company will use the proceeds from the sale of its BHGE LLC common units to repurchase its Class A shares. In addition, the company also announced its intention for BHGE LLC to issue new debt.

Tap Oil Limited provides the following update on the Manora Oil Field in the Northern Gulf of Thailand (TAP 30% interest), where the Atwood Orca jackup drilling unit has completed the drilling of the MNA-18 and MNA-19 wells.

The consideration to be paid for the interest is US$17.6 million, subject to customary working capital and purchase price adjustments, with an effective date of 31 December 2017.   

AGR is set to deliver drilling, completions, well site and well engineering services to Woodside Energy Ltd, as a result of signing a four-year Outline Agreement with the opportunity to perform services.

Trelleborg’s offshore operation in Skelmersdale, England, has been certified for the design of its Type 3 Clamp under the American Petroleum Institute’s specification for flexible pipe ancillary equipment (API 17L1 Ed. 1 2013).

The project is located in offshore Sabah, Malaysia at a water depth of approximately 1300 m.
