Anadarko announces Mozambique LNG sale and purchase agreement

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation announced that Mozambique LNG1 Company Pte. Ltd., the jointly owned sales entity of the Mozambique Area 1 co-venturers, has entered into a long-term LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Électricité de France, S.A., (EDF).

 

Range announces Trinidad work plan for 2018

The company's average net oil production for January 2018 was 777 bpd. This is an increase of 23% on the production for the quarter ended 31 December 2017.

 

Sparrows Group re-awarded two five-year contracts from TAQA

The first contract will see Sparrows provide comprehensive crane operations and maintenance services covering all mechanical, HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation and structural requirements.

 
 

Frontera Resources: T-45 update

T-45, the first well of current three well drilling programme at the Taribani Complex of Block 12 in Georgia, has now been drilled to a target depth of 2700 m, in the Eldari Formation.

 
 
 

Aker BP announce exploration success in PL340 near Alvheim

Aker BP is about to complete drilling of the Frosk exploration well 24/9-12 located near Alvheim in the North Sea. The well has proved oil. Preliminary analysis indicate a discovery size of 30 - 60 million boe, which is significantly more than the company’s pre-drill estimates of 3 - 21 million boe.

 

SeaBird Exploration awarded source contract in West Africa

SeaBird Exploration has announced that it has signed an agreement to provide a source vessel for an upcoming survey in West Africa.  The project is anticipated to commence during Q1 and will have a duration of approximately 60 days. SeaBird will be using the Osprey Explorer for the project.
