Aker Solutions wins contract for Hild Field

Aker Solutions has won a contract to conduct the basic engineering for the development of Total's Hild field in the Norwegian North Sea. The contract value is about NOK 215 million (US$ 37.4 million).

Arrow LNG (a joint venture between Petrochina and Shell) has acquired Bow Energy after boosting it’s bid to AU$ 535 million (US$ 524.2 million). Arrow had to raise its’ offer by 2% on it’s initial offering to secure the deal.
