DNV to class world’s heaviest lift vessel

DNV are to class Dockwise’s new heavy lift vessel, the Dockwise Vanguard, the vessel is the world’s largest heavy lift vessel and can lift weights of to 110,000 tonnes.

 
 

Maersk to drill wells for Lundin

Bechtel to build Sabine Pass liquefaction trains

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. have entered into a lump sum turnkey contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of the first two liquefaction trains at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal.

 
 

Technip wins subsea contract with Lundin

Technip was awarded by Lundin Petroleum a lump sum contract, worth approximately € 100 million, for the Brynhild field development. This field, previously known as Nemo, is located in the Norwegian North Sea a few kilometers East of the boundary to UK waters at a water depth of around 80 m.
