BW Energy has completed the acquisition of the FPSO Cidade de Vitoria from Saipem S.p.A. The FPSO is currently producing approximately 10 000 bpd of oil from the Golfinho field offshore Brazil, supported by the Company’s local operating organisation.

 

McDermott awarded decommissioning contract by Santos

McDermott has been awarded a sizeable engineering, procurement, removal and disposal contract by Santos. The offshore decommissioning award is for the full removal and disposal of the Campbell platform structure, which is part of the Varanus Island Hub offshore infrastructure in Western Australia.

 
 

CGG sells stake in ARGAS to TAQA

The company has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with industrialisation and energy services company, TAQA, to sell its entire 49% stake in Arabian Geophysical and Surveying Company (ARGAS).
