Errai could store 4-8 million t of CO2 annually, with the potential to store more in later phases. The project includes an onshore terminal for intermediate storage, with the intention to permanently store the CO2 in an offshore reservoir.
Northern Lights and Yara sign the world’s first commercial agreement on cross border CO2 transportation and storage
The companies have agreed on the main commercial terms to transport CO2 captured from Yara Sluiskil, an ammonia and fertiliser plant in the Netherlands, and permanently store it under the seabed off the coast of Norway.

Neptune Energy has announced the award of a £10 million three-year vessel services contract to Sentinel Marine, to provide offshore support for its operated Cygnus gas field in the UK southern North Sea.

Petrofac awarded North Sea contract extension by EnQuest

Gas leaks on Sleipner field stopped – parts of the field are shut down
A gas leak in a contained area related to a turbine on Sleipner A was reported in the morning of 11 July. The incident was quickly clarified. During the process of resuming production and depressurisation, an additional gas leak occurred on the Sleipner R riser platform late Monday night.
