Aquaterra Energy has been awarded a contract to supply subsea high pressure riser equipment and services for a subsea abandonment project in the central North Sea.

Well 7325/4-1 is in the Hoop area in the Barents Sea, around 275 km from Nordkapp and 200 km from Bjørnøya (Bear Island).

The well is to be drilled in a prospect named Carmen in block 6507/8 at Haltenbanken. The site is 222 km west of Brønnøysund in Nordland county and 10 km north-east of Heidrun.
