Aquaterra awarded abandonment contract
Aquaterra Energy has been awarded a contract to supply subsea high pressure riser equipment and services for a subsea abandonment project in the central North Sea.
Statoil has received consent to drill an exploration well in the Barents Sea.
Well 7325/4-1 is in the Hoop area in the Barents Sea, around 275 km from Nordkapp and 200 km from Bjørnøya (Bear Island).
