Petrofac sells stake in Pánuco contract to Schlumberger

Petrofac and Schlumberger have announced that Petrofac has sold its 50% interest in Petro-SPM Integrated Services S.A. de C.V to Schlumberger. Petro-SPM operates the Pánuco Integrated Service Contract in Mexico. Schlumberger now owns 100% of Petro-SPM.

 

PETRONAS awarded another block in Mexico

PETRONAS’ subsidiary PC Carigali Mexico Operations, S.A. de C.V., has been awarded shallow water Block 6 in the Gulf of Mexico’s Salina Basin.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Premier Oil: Zama-1 exploration well spudded

Premier has announced that the Zama-1 exploration well in Block 7 (Premier equity 25%) in the shallow water Sureste Basin, offshore Mexico, was spudded at 0630 on 21 May 2017.
