Tremendous overspend by US shale firms continues to persist, says the energy research and consultancy.

Through a farm-in agreement, signed with ExxonMobil Moçambique Exploration & Production Limitada (ExxonMobil) and authorised by Mozambican institutions, Eni has acquired a 10% stake in the three blocks. The blocks are located in the deep waters of Angoche and Zambezi Basins.
