EM&I appoint a new Director of Operations

EM&I, the international asset integrity specialists, have just appointed a new Director of Operations to oversee the operational requirements of their fast-growing order book.
Simon James has over 20 years’ experience in operations and asset integrity for offshore oil, gas, and renewables. He has held senior and executive positions in Total, CNR, Subsea 7, Fugro & Deep Ocean, and worked in Norway, West Africa, UAE and the UK.
He is a Chartered Engineer (Energy) and a member of the Energy Institute; a Chartered Manager & Fellow of the of the Chartered Management Institute and holds double post graduate degrees from the University of Aberdeen with an MSc in Project Management / Engineering, and an LLM in Oil & Gas Law.
