Tsubaki of Canada Limited has purchased Dia-Saw Manufacturing Ltd. Dia-Saw started as a manufacturer of shake and shingle mill equipment and has since evolved into a manufacturer of sprockets and related drive components.
The addition of Dia-Saw gives all Tsubaki subsidiaries in North and South America a great advantage by providing an additional manufacturing facility for production, alterations, warehousing and more. This strategic acquisition allows Tsubaki to further expand its product portfolio to provide an even wider variety of solutions for its customers. The increased capabilities and products associated with this acquisition will significantly enhance Tsubaki’s ability to serve the ever-changing needs of the market.
