BP and state-owned Brazilian oil company Petrobras have announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a strategic alliance to jointly explore potential business opportunities both in Brazil and beyond.
The company currently holds a 50% non-operated interest in the Icacos Field, via its subsidiary Leni Trinidad Limited ("LTL").
