PETRONAS and PETROVIETNAM sign memorandum of cooperation
PETRONAS has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with Vietnam oil and gas group (PETROVIETNAM) to explore potential collaboration opportunities in the upstream, renewable energy, gas, and downstream sectors in Vietnam.
