KCA Deutag (KCAD), a leading global drilling and engineering contractor, has entered into an agreement with the shareholders of Dalma Energy LLC to combine their respective businesses through the acquisition by KCAD of Dalma’s Omani and Saudi Arabian businesses (the Dalma Business).
