Express Energy Services appoints Amy Holmes as Vice President and General Counsel

Express Energy Services has named Amy Holmes as Vice President and General Counsel.
In this role, Holmes will serve as a member of the company’s executive team and will oversee the company’s Legal and Risk Department.
Stuart Bodden, CEO of Express, said, “Amy is a seasoned leader whose deep energy services perspective and significant legal experience is an excellent addition to our leadership team. Her breadth of experience supporting business leaders and management will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow the company. We are excited to have her join us.”
Holmes joins Express from Scientific Drilling International, where she most recently served as vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary since 2014. She also served as deputy general counsel and assistant secretary for Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, and Champion Technologies, Inc.
Holmes began her career in the global projects section at the law firm of Baker Botts L.L.P. As general counsel, Holmes is accountable for Express’ risk management strategies and policies and will provide strategic counsel on legal, risk, business and operational matters. Holmes earned a degree in political science from Texas A&M University and a juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University.
