CCL Global is pleased has announced the promotion of Richard Holmes to Operations Director, taking over from David Giles, who is leaving the business after 30 years.
Chairman and CEO Peter Maltby said "Richard Holmes has been directly involved in the recruitment of our contractors for over 10 years, giving great continuity on payroll and mobilisation, on which we base our reputation as a leading specialist provider of services to the oil, gas and energy industries worldwide. Chris Maltby continues our growth in the US, with Jon Cox in London, alongside Finance Manager Kris Macnamara.
David Giles has been an invaluable part of CCL’s senior management team for over 30 years. During this period he has been responsible for a wide variety of activities including business development, client account management, recruitment, contract formulation and administration, relationships with local partners and generally ensuring that CCL provides clients with a good service wherever such services are required”.
David Giles said “I have very much enjoyed working with CCL, its Clients and its people over the past 30 years. I have been happy to contribute to CCL’s success. Now is the right time for me to move on and I look forward to fresh challenges ahead. I wish Peter and the CCL team every success in the future.”
