The contract will take effect in April 2020.
Ponticelli, Brand and Semco joined forces in 2019 to create PBS, a consortium led by Ponticelli, to prepare for the implementation of the project.
Regarding the signing of this contract, Thierry Le Gangneux, Vice-President of Ponticelli, said on behalf of PBS: "We believe that this innovative approach will allow us to provide the most efficient and flexible service to TEPUK and that it 'is a business model that can be reproduced on other installations in the North Sea."
