The company has been providing services on the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone Projects and other assets since February 2015.
This is the first contract win for Texo Group’s MODU business unit, having won the contract through a competitive tendering process.

As part of the transaction, Tullow will become the operator, and will partly carry Discover for a 3D seismic survey and the first exploration well.
The Iguana field remained undeveloped for over 34 years until DeNovo became the operator in 2016, and is the first gas development campaign in the Gulf of Paria.
The broad work scope for the 30 day campaign ranges from the provision of general visual inspection (GVI) services through to changing out subsea hardware in water depths of 1400 m, using the vessel’s 150 t crane.
