ConocoPhillips receives consent to begin removal of structures from Ekofisk field

ConocoPhillips has received consent for preparations for and the start of the removal of minor structures from the Ekofisk field facilities, including the installation of a temporary crane on Ekofisk 2/4 FTP.
ConocoPhillips has applied to the PSA for consent to dispose of the Ekofisk 2/4 H, Ekofisk 2/4 A, Ekofisk 2/4 FTP and Ekofisk 2/4 Q facilities.
The company has now been given the company for parts of the work. The consent covers the initiation of preparatory work offshore and the start of the removal of minor structures, as well as the installation of a temporary crane on Ekofisk 2/4-FTP.
The remainder of ConocoPhillips' consent application is being dealt with separately.
