Shelf Drilling awarded contract for its jack-up rig in Arabian Gulf

Shelf Drilling, Ltd. announced today that it has secured a three-year contract for the recently acquired jack-up rig – Shelf Drilling Achiever, for operations in the Arabian Gulf.

The contract includes a one-year option, and the planned start-up of operations is 4Q19.

TotalEnergies merges its upstream business with NEO NEXT, creating the largest independent oil and gas producer in the UK

otalEnergies has signed an agreement with NEO NEXT Energy Limited (NEO NEXT) under which TotalEnergies will merge its Upstream business with NEO NEXT and become the leading shareholder in the expanded NEO NEXT, which will be renamed NEO NEXT+, with a 47.5% ownership.
