Petrobras to sell interests in Golfinho and Camarupim deepwater assets

As reported by Reuters, Petrobras has put up for sale its entire stake in the Golfinho and Camarupim deepwater clusters in the Espírito Santo basin offshore Brazil.

Petrobras holds 100% interest in both concessions, with the exception of exploratory block BM-ES-23, in Golfinho, where it owns 65%.

TotalEnergies and Galp agreed to launch an exploration and appraisal campaign including three wells over the next two years, with a first well planned in 2026, to further derisk resources and progress diligently toward the development of the Mopane discovery.
