Aqualis Offshore, part of Aqualis ASA, has been reappointed by United India Insurance Company to provide marine warranty services to the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) offshore India.
Under the agreement, international offshore marine and engineering consultancy Aqualis Offshore will provide marine warranty services to ONGC´s fleet of six jack-up rigs and three mobile offshore production units (MOPU) in Indian waters.
“We are proud to announce this agreement with ONGC, the leading Indian energy company. We started working with ONCG last year, so we believe this agreement confirms our capability and ability to deliver world-class services to a major offshore oil company,” says Reuben Segal, Director – Middle East, Aqualis Offshore.
Aqualis Offshore will support ONGC with marine warranty surveyors from Aqualis Offshore’s office in Dubai. The operations include review of rig move documentation, issue of certification and on-board attendance.
Aqualis Offshore is a specialised marine and offshore engineering consultancy focusing on the shallow and deep-water segments of the offshore oil, gas and wind industries.
Aqualis Offshore’s contract party is Aqualis Offshore Marine Services LLC.
