Mermaid Maritime incorporates UK subsidiary

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Ltd. incorporated an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Mermaid Subsea Services (UK) Ltd. (MSS UK), in the UK on 7 February 2020.
The Thailand-based company intends to utilise MSS UK as a vehicle to expand the provision of its subsea and related services into the UK North Sea.
