CLARCOR Industrial Air Acquires US-based TDC Filter from MRFI

CLARCOR Industrial Air, a subsidiary of Kansas based CLARCOR, Inc.  has announced its acquisition of the assets of TDC Filter from Midwesco Filter Resources Inc (MFRI). TDC Filter is a high-tech manufacturer of gas turbine filtration products and systems. TDC Filter has a wide range of air filter solutions for both the power generation market and many other industrial applications.

CLARCOR Industrial Air is a diverse, global supplier of high performance filtration solutions with vast experience in enhancing gas turbine (GT) performance through innovative inlet filtration and monitoring. Its solutions have been proven to significantly enhance the reliability and performance of gas turbine installations throughout the world. Its customers have seen improved power output, lower operating costs, reduced maintenance costs, and improved turbine availability in even the harshest of installation environments.

The acquisition of TDC Filter means that CLARCOR Industrial Air will be able to support customers with more of their GT filtration challenges. Customers will benefit from the combined experience of both companies and support from a single, major, global supplier with brands including altair^® and clearcurrent^®, and now TDC Filter. The acquisition further strengthens CLARCOR’s position as a leading supplier of gas turbine filters around the world.
