The company has been awarded the transportation and installation of a 410 t subsea production manifold at a depth of 1643 m off the coast of Israel for the Leviathan development.

The companies have signed a farm-out agreement for the transfer of participating interests in three exploration licenses in Mexico’s shallow water.

The company has announced that Serica Energy (UK) has signed a further sale and purchase agreement to acquire additional interests in the Bruce and Keith fields and associated infrastructure in the UK North Sea.

The contract is for the large PSV Energy Swan, which in 2013 was chartered for a firm period of 4 years plus optional (total of 4 years options).

The partnership brings together the expertise of both companies for the joint development of a variety of fit-for-purpose unmanned surface vessels (USVs).

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions worked in partnership with LB Bentley, specialists in creating small bore subsea valves for subsea applications, to support the company in its development of its Medium Duty Rotary Gate Valve.
