Oceaneering to participate in panel

Oceaneering International, Inc. (Oceaneering) has announced that Chief Executive Officer M. Kevin McEvoy will meet with investors and participate on the Oilfield Services Panel, Making Offshore Projects Economical in a Low Oil Price Environment, at the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference in Miami, Florida (USA) today, on Wednesday 6 January 2016.
The presentation that will be used with investors will be made available after the close of the market on Tuesday 5 January 2016, through the Investor Relations link at Oceaneering's website. The panel discussion will not be webcast.
Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater applications. Oceaneering is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘OII’.
