Shell and Equinor complete formation of Adura, which will be the UK’s largest independent North Sea producer
Shell UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Shell plc and Equinor UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Equinor ASA have completed a deal to combine their UK offshore oil and gas operations to form a new company. Adura will be the largest independent producer in the UK North Sea.
