Santos awards oil and gas contracts to Toll
Toll Group, the Australian provider of transport and logistics to the resources sector, has been awarded a collection of contracts by Santos Limited. The contracts have an expected revenue in excess of $275 million over a five-year period.

The scope of work includes linehaul, infield and national freight support for Santos’ exploration drilling and production operations in the Cooper Basin, Mereenie crude haulage, linehaul in the northwest Western Australia, as well as ongoing support for Santos’s Queensland GLNG operations.
Toll Global Resources CEO, David Jackson, explained that Toll was excited about continuing to provide services to one of Australia’s largest independent oil and gas companies.

Jackson commented: “The Santos contracts confirm Toll Energy as the leading provider of logistics support to Australia’s oil and gas industry, and extend a successful relationship that began in 2007.
“It shows quality logistics support for remote and difficult locations is possible, and it should encourage other companies to invest in operations in Central Australia.
