PETEX 2014 announces keynote speakers
The PESGB and PETEX 2014 Organising Committee have announced that Sir Ian Wood is to top the line-up for PETEX 2014.
He will be joined as a keynote speaker by Richard Herbert, Exploration Director, BP plc; Nick Cooper, CEO, Ophir Energy plc; Jon Erik Reinhardsen, CEO, PGS and Oonagh Werngren, Operations Director, Oil & Gas UK.
With the PESGB celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year, the keynote sessions, together with an excellent technical programme, is expected to make PETEX 2014 the biggest ever.
The PETEX 2014 Technical Committee has also published the Conference Programme which is available at www.petex.info and on the PESGB website.
Professor Iain Stewart will chair the PETEX Forum, a fully interactive panel debate on the technical viability of shale gas extraction in the UK.
