DNV establishes an offshore committee in China
DNV has recently established the Greater China Offshore Committee. Mr Zhou Shouwei, Vice General Manager of CNOOC and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, accepted DNV’s invitation to be the Chairman of the committee.
