TotalEnergies has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of the interests of OMV (50%) and Sapura Upstream Assets (50%) in SapuraOMV Upstream, an independent gas producer in Malaysia.
The well has reached Target Depth (TD) and the Company has run 5.5 in. production casing in anticipation of long-term testing commencing early 2025.
