It is anticipated that further exploration activity, including a second exploration well, will be required to determine the size and recoverable potential of the identified hydrocarbons at the Graff-1 deepwater exploration well.
Drilling is expected to commence within the next week after allowing for towing and set up.
Interim results from the first exploration well in Abu Dhabi’s Offshore Block 2 Exploration Concession, operated by Eni, indicate between 1.5 – 2 trillion ft3 of raw gas in place.
