INEOS completes acquisition of Hess assets in Denmark

INEOS acquires 61.5% of the Syd Arne oilfield, currently operated by Hess, which complements the 36.8% share INEOS already holds in the field. INEOS will also acquire 4.8% of the Solsort field, which is already operated by INEOS.

 

Transocean drill ship to operate at Shenandoah project

Once delivered from the shipyard, the Deepwater Atlas is expected to commence operations at the Shenandoah project in 3Q22, with the initial drilling programme expected to last approximately 255 days.

 
 

Vaalco signs binding letter of intent for FSO at Etame

According to Vaalco, compared to the current FPSO solution the Cap Diamant FSO will reduce storage and offloading costs at the Etame field offshore Gabon by almost 50%, as well as lower total operating costs by approximately 17% to 20% through to 2030.

ADNOC has signed framework agreements with AMEC International Ltd, Fluor, McDermott, Mott MacDonald, SNC-Lavalin International Arabia Limited – Abu Dhabi, Technip Energies, Worley, and a joint venture between Tecnicas Reunidas and NPCC.
