Odfjell Technology awarded five-year contract in the Middle East

Odfjell Technology has been awarded a contract to supply fishing services for drilling and workover operations with a major oil and gas company in Kuwait.

The contract, which is for five years with a one-year option period, will see Odfjell Technology begin operations during 1Q26 as the specialist integrated supplier of well services technology and engineering solutions.
Operating in Kuwait since 2018, Odfjell Technology has built a strong reputation for delivering quality drilling tools and equipment, with an experienced operations team in place to support a dynamic onshore and offshore market.
Paul Toner, VP Middle East & Asia at Odfjell Technology, said: “This contract award underlines Odfjell Technology’s ongoing commitment to Kuwait through the delivery of our extensive and rigorously maintained in-country fishing tools, and highly skilled engineers.”
Odfjell Technology manages and operates all services from a customised workshop facility and yard area in Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, enabling multiple call outs on a daily basis.
