Southeast Asia will be a hotbed for upstream mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the next two years, with more than US$5 billion of assets up for grabs, Rystad Energy research shows.
The company’s scope of work includes the design and manufacture of the subsea production manifold featuring TCS subsea connectors along with valves sourced from Advanced Technology Valve S.p.A. (ATV) in Colico, Italy.
The company has announced that it will spend US$23 million on a targeted decommissioning programme in Germany this year, plugging and abandoning wells which have ceased production and removing associated infrastructure.
