Farris Brazil will produce pressure relief valves designed and capacity-certified in accordance with ASME Code, Brazilian and international standards. The business currently manufactures a proprietary brand of pressure relief valves for the Brazilian petroleum, petrochemical, sugar cane and chemical industries.
The Farris Brazil sales force will provide local support to the Farris network of independent representatives throughout South and Central America. As the first Farris Authorized Service Team (FAST) Center in the region, the Sao Carlos operation is prepared to meet customer service needs with factory-trained technicians, ASME-certified test equipment, an extensive local inventory backed by global inventory, and expedited shipments during plant outages and downtimes.
