Graco Fishing & Rental Tools, Inc. has announced that the expansion of its Monahans facilities has been completed. As part of the continued investment within the Permian Basin area, a new 25 000 ft2 facility offers seven 80 ft pull-through bays, a fully equipped machine shop, overhead cranes, offices, locker rooms, a parts room, and meeting/training space. Complementary facilities have also been added, which provide for the full cycle of rental tubing inventory management capabilities – from storage, cleaning, and inspection to repair.
The newly constructed machine shop permits Graco to now offer specialised services for its customers, in addition to the increased volume and quality of equipment maintenance. In addition to its already expansive selection of handling tools, and the resulting increased capacity in its rental tubing capabilities, Graco has also introduced over 370 000 ft of new production tubing to best meet the rental demand from its Permian operators. Graco’s COO, Mark Mixon, stated, “This is a critical step in the long-term commitment that Graco has for its Permian Basin customers and one the team is very proud to roll out.”
The investment in field equipment that Graco has placed in Monahans for its Permian Basin customers over the last several years now has appropriate, fit for purpose, facilities to provide exceptional maintenance and retooling support.
