Aqualis Offshore, part of Oslo-listed Aqualis ASA, has signed a master service agreement with leading offshore drilling company Atwood Oceanics.
The master service agreement (MSA) covers jack-up rig moving services, towmaster and marine warranty services, and can include condition and valuation services.
Aqualis Offshore has already started supporting Atwood on three rig moving projects in the Asia Pacific region.
Aqualis Offshore’s office in Houston will manage the contract with Atwood and will be supported regionally by the Aqualis Group.
“Atwood is recognized in the industry for its operational and safety excellence. To be chosen as one of their key service suppliers is therefore something we are proud of. We have a highly experienced team of engineers and mariners that aims to provide rig moving services of the highest standard to both Atwood and their clients,” says David Wells, CEO of Aqualis Offshore.
Aqualis Offshore is a specialised marine and offshore engineering consultancy focusing on the shallow and deep-water segments of the offshore oil, gas and wind industries.
