With an operational team based in Bogotá, Fulkrum is providing technical staffing services (TSS) and in-country and global inspection support to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence across a broad portfolio of energy projects. The agreement, which commenced in early 2026, covers inspection and technical staffing services in support of multiple upstream energy projects and emerging new energy initiatives in Colombia and beyond.
Paulo Guevara, Country Manager at Fulkrum comments, “Our presence in Bogotá is a strategic milestone for Fulkrum and reflects our long-term commitment to Colombia and the wider South American energy market. By establishing a local operational team, we are better positioned to support our client’s technical assurance needs, strengthen local capability, and deliver consistent, high-quality services across both traditional and new energy projects.”
Fulkrum currently employs approximately 120 professionals across South America, reflecting the company’s continued growth. The Bogotá office currently employs a team of 83 professionals, combining strong local expertise with Fulkrum’s global technical and operational support network. As project activity increases, Fulkrum plans to continue expanding the team, creating opportunities for local talent and reinforcing its commitment to in-country capability development.
This new office represents Fulkrum’s first permanent presence in Colombia and further reinforces the company’s strategy of being close to its clients and projects. By combining local knowledge with global reach, Fulkrum continues to deliver trusted inspection, expediting, auditing, asset integrity management and technical staffing services wherever its clients operate.
