Gibbs joins as a partner practicing from both Washington, DC, and Houston, and was a partner at another prominent energy firm.

"Kirstin comes to our firm at a time of enormous change for the oil and gas industry, one that presents both significant challenges and important new opportunities for our clients," said Firm Chair, Jami McKeon. "We consider Kirstin one of the elite oil and gas regulatory lawyers in the field," said Kathryn Sutton, Leader of Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. "Kirstin adds a wealth of regulatory and transactional experience to our energy practice, particularly in connection with midstream transactions," said David Asmus, Global Leader of the Firm's Energy Transactions Team. "She is ideally suited to help clients needing assistance with marketing, pipeline, terminal, and related matters, whether regulatory, transactional, or litigation—or a combination of all of the above."
