Summit ESP, an electric submersible pump systems provider for the oil & gas industry, has announced it has completed its 5000th ESP installation during the third quarter of 2015 on a well for Denbury Resources, the CHSU – ML 13-09SH in Bowman County North Dakota at a setting depth of 8400'. Celebrating only 4.5 years in business, this significant installation achievement is an ongoing reflection of the trust customers have in the products and services Summit ESP provides the oil industry.

This North Dakota installation is the culmination of an extraordinary company transformation from just a few employees working at a single location to nearly 500 employees and 23 service and sales locations throughout the oil producing areas of the United States and Canada. Summit ESP is now the second largest supplier of electric submersible pump systems in the USA for downhole ESPs. Summit's growth rate would not be possible if not for their customer's confidence in a company dedicated exclusively to ESP solutions.

"Customers know Summit ESP will bring experience and commitment when providing their ESP solutions," said John Kenner, Summit President and CEO.

Kenner added: "Summit is a small independent ESP company with large ESP solutions. We are one of the few oilfield service companies growing over 2014 in the current challenging times of the oil industry. We are managed and staffed by experienced ESP people who are focused fully and solely on ESPs and meeting the needs of our customers with the responsiveness and flexibility that can only come from a small company. Besides electric submersible systems, Summit has just initiated a 24/7 remote well surveillance platform with the ability to plug in to multiple SCADA systems.”
