At a time where falling oil prices are driving operators toward technical innovation to achieve financial performance, Sigma Cubed Inc. (SIGMA³) has been chosen by CIO Review (www.cioreview.com) as one of the 20 Most Promising Energy Tech Solution Providers. The selection was based on evaluation of the success of SIGMA³ in offering GeoEngineering™ technology, expertise, and services in helping E&P companies achieve multi-million dollar incremental production value and cost savings. The annual list of companies is selected by a panel of experts and members of CIO Review’s editorial board to recognise and promote technology entrepreneurship.

“SIGMA³ has been on our radar for some time for stirring a revolution in the Energy Tech space, and we are happy to showcase them this year due to their continuing excellence in delivering top-notch technology-driven solutions,” said Harvi Sachar, Publisher and Founder, CIO Review. “The company’s solutions continued to break new ground within the past year benefiting its customers around the globe, and we’re excited to have them featured on our top companies list.”

This annual list showcases the 20 Most Promising Energy Tech Solution Providers, and SIGMA³ made it to CIO Review’s top Energy Tech Solution Providers list for its expertise in technology and services ranging from reservoir understanding, field development planning to production optimisation.

“SIGMA³ is honoured to be recognised by CIO Review’s panel of experts and thought leaders,” said Jorge Machnizh, CEO, SIGMA³. “This is a challenging time in our industry, which requires a complete rethinking of the statistical pattern approach still used today. Supply chain cost reductions are not sufficient to offset the drop in commodity pricing. The great news is that even in today’s low-commodity market, E&P companies can reduce finding and development costs, increase production, and reduce their environmental footprint through intelligent use of efficiency-driven technology and integrated workflows. Our proprietary software, expert staff and advanced analytics help operators make the best decisions about where to drill and where and how to optimise hydraulic fracturing.”
