£7.5 million order book to start the year for Ennsub

Ennsub, the independent subsea design, engineering and technology company, has secured an order book with options in excess of £7.5 million for execution in 2014, a large proportion of which is for major international subsea installation contractors.

The company, established in July 2012 by four prominent subsea professionals, is headquartered in Westhill, Aberdeen, and has invested £500 000 in a new production facility in Teesside, northeast England with product assembly and test facilities, client offices and a 3D design theatre.

Ennsub plans to launch a recruitment drive next year as demand for its innovative subsea products increases.

Bespoke subsea packages for oil and gas
The company offers a range of deep and ultra-deepwater deployment solutions for ROVs, subsea modules and bespoke subsea packages in addition to a suite of pipeline installation-related products and pipeline repair solutions. The company adopts an operationally-led approach to design to suit the specific requirements of its customers.

John Smith, the former CEO of Subsea 7, is a Non-Executive Director of Ennsub. He said the firm shows strong promise of achieving its business goals going forward.
