US Water and ChemCal join forces
US Water Services has announced the merger with Texas-based ChemCal Inc.
ChemCal, one of the largest and most progressive independent water treatment and equipment solution providers in the United States was established in 1985 serving the mid-southern USA.
“We are very happy to be a part of a company that shares the same ideals, culture and customer service mentality as ChemCal…really, the merger allows us to bring even greater product capabilities and resources to our customers without changing our day to day operations,” commented ChemCal CEO Steve Dumler.
For US Water, the merger enables the water treatment company to expand its growing national footprint in mid-market industrial water treatment with geographic access to a territory prominent in oil and gas, a key growth segment for the future.
Allan Bly, US Water CEO, added: “US Water is very excited about the merger… ChemCal is an outstanding company with an excellent and diverse team of field technicians, scientists and sales engineers who fit right into our company and culture.”
