Wellsite Rental Services, a rental equipment provider for the drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas industry, is partnering with Deep Well Services (DWS) to serve the Marcellus and Utica regions. DWS is a premier supplier of snubbing and workover units within the Appalachia region.
Through this partnership, Wellsite will open a new office in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, in October 2014.
Wellsite will lease 30 000 ft2 of office space from DWS, allowing the two companies to work in the same building complex. In addition to purchasing supplies, vehicles and other investments associated with a new office, Wellsite plans to hire locally within the region.
"Wellsite Rental Services has an extreme amount of experience in the industry," said Mark Marmo, DWS president and CEO. "They have seen growth happen elsewhere and are bringing their experience to our area and our customers."
“We are excited about our partnership with Deep Well Services,” said Kirby Arceneaux, chairman of Wellsite Rental Services. “This allows our team to provide cost-effective rental services to the Utica and Marcellus markets while benefiting the region from an economic perspective.”
