Shelf Drilling announces early contract termination

Shelf Drilling has entered into a mutual agreement with Dubai Petroleum to amend the contract end date for the Shelf Drilling Mentor from January 2022 to October 2020.

This contract was originally executed in 2017 and commenced in early 2018 in the Middle East. The premium jack-up rig of LT Super 116 E design is available for opportunities beginning early-October 2020.

Baker Hughes and Petrobras sign strategic service agreement

Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, has announced a 60-month service award from Petrobras to support critical turbomachinery equipment for Brazil’s offshore operations, as well as a major refinery.
