Cape extends contract with Oil Search
Cape has been awarded a contract extension to the Onshore General Services Agreement with Oil Search Ltd.
The contract covers a range of services including supervision, access solutions, protective coating, insulation, trade assistance, general tools and equipment rental. The contract will last for three years to the end of 2016.
Cape Papua New Guinea (PNG) Ltd has developed a close relationship with Oil Search Ltd and has been providing general services for over two years maintaining their current onshore assets and facilities.

Commenting on the extension, Mike Harding, Director for Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and PNG said: "Securing this contract extension is seen as a major achievement, and signifies our long term goals to further expand our on-going operations in PNG. We look forward to working closely with Oil Search on this contract extension and supporting them in continuing to deliver on time and safely.”
