Chiyoda awarded maintenance contract by Qatargas
Chiyoda has been awarded a maintenance contract by Qatargas covering maintenance of seven LNG production lines in Qatar.
Qatargas has contracted Chiyoda’s local subsidiary, Chiyoda Almana Engineering, for an Engineering Procurement and Construction management services contract on a call-off basis for thee years with the option to extend the contract for a further two years.
Chiyoda will provide maintenance services for seven LNG production lines including four mega sized LNG liquefaction plants each with a capacity of 7.8 million tpa, which were actually constructed by Chiyoda at Ras Laffan.
