SE&C encompasses a complete range of skilled staff and engineering services to progress client projects from conceptual designs through construction and commissioning. Fowler, Co-Founder of Stress Engineering Services and President of SE&C. “Our team has first-hand knowledge of potential issues, which allows us to provide proactive and tailored solutions for complex problems with long-term value.”
