Neptune Energy begins drilling Ofelia appraisal well
The company has announced that drilling has commenced on the Ofelia appraisal well in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

Westwood Global Energy Group: Middle East and Americas to account for two thirds of oil and gas output by 2030
The company has reported that substantial drilling activity, averaging 53 000 wells per year through to 2030, will help elevate production of crude, condensate, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) to a high of 173 million boe/d by 2030, up 9% from 159 million boe/d in 2022.
